Liderança Workforce, a brand of Liderança Valente Unipessoal Lda, provides B2B recruitment and placement advisory services. We help employers identify, assess and prepare candidates for direct employment.
Not a temporary work agency
We are not a temporary work agency (Empresa de Trabalho Temporário — ETT). We do not employ or assign workers to third parties. All workers are hired directly by the client employer, who is the sole legal employer.
Employer responsibility
